events this month

WELCOME BACK!

We hope you had a restful and rejuvenating Intesession! We invite you to stop by the Atrium tomorrow, Wednesday, January 14 from 8:00am - 11:00am for our annual Welcome Back Coffee Break (while supplies last) with Student Affairs!

We are sharing this bonus "On the Docket" today to highlight some upcoming events this month and add to the list of Student Organization events that are being finalized as we type.

SAVE THE DATES

ALL: Welcome Back Ice Skating! We are excited to bring back our Third Annual Ice Skating Night at Agganis on Thursday, January 22, with sessions from 6-7 pm and 7-8 pm. BU Law will have exclusive use of the ice, and we welcome all JD students that want to participate! This is a free event (including skate rentals) for students. Registration is in the events below!

1Ls & 2Ls: Save the Date for the 1L & 2L Opportunities Fair! Save the date to attend BU Law’s annual “Opportunities Fair” taking place in the BU Law Atrium from 12-2 pm on Friday, January 30. The goal for this fair is to offer students a broad view of the opportunities that await you in your 2L and 3L year. This will include curricular offerings (e.g. clinics, externships, concentrations, etc.) as well as co- or extra-curricular opportunities (e.g. moot court, lawyering fellows, journals, student org leadership, paid positions, etc). With so many opportunities to choose from, this event will assist in demystifying the process and providing key information to help you plan.
