2Ls & 3Ls: November MPRE Registration Deadline: September 25, 2025. The Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination (MPRE) is a two-hour, 60-question multiple-choice examination that is administered three times per year. Students are encouraged to complete the exam between 2L spring and 3L fall. The deadline to register for the November 13-14, 2025 MPRE administration is September 25, 2025. For more information, go to https://www.ncbex.org/exams/mpre. For questions, please reach out to Mark Fong at markfong@bu.edu.

2Ls & 3Ls: Seeking and Securing Accommodations for the Bar Exam and the MPRE. Join the National Disabled Law Students Assocation, National Disabled Legal Professionals Association, and Brown Goldstein & Levy for a webinar on Seeking and Securing Accommodations for the Bar Exam. Recent test-takers and experienced attorneys will discuss common, and distinct, factors in state accommodation processes while also addressing applicant's rights, state law examiners' responsibilities, and best practices for your accommodation and appeal requests. For questions, please reach out to Associate Dean Gerry Muir at gmmuir@bu.edu.

ALL: ABA Commission on Disability Rights - #BeCounted_Initiative. Launched in July 2024, this effort by the American Bar Association aims to collect data about the numbers of law students, lawyers, and judges with disabilities in the United States. The ABA does not collect names or identifying information. The form asks only for your city and state, and diagnosed disability/ies. For questions, please reach out to Associate Dean Gerry Muir at gmmuir@bu.edu

ALL: Students with questions about persons in the building are encouraged to contact Student Affairs during business hours (M-F 9-5pm) at 617-358-1800 or studaff@bu.edu; after hours, students can contact BUPD at 617-353-2110 or bupolice@bu.edu. Also, the BUPD can receive anonymous text messages 24/7. Text BU, along with your message, to 847411 (TIP411). You will receive a confirmation message once your message has been received.

Mental Health & Flu Season

Student Health Services (SHS) have formed their Fall 2025 Groups for the semester, starting the week of September 15th, 2025, and run weekly through December 12th, 2025, unless otherwise noted. Therapy groups are safe, confidential, and supportive environments. They can be useful in helping students to improve relationships, connect with others, and learn how to manage stress, anxiety or depression.

It’s flu season! This is a reminder to stay up to date with your COVID vaccine boosters and your annual flu shots. For more information and to schedule a PCR test, please visit Boston University Student Health Services. You can schedule your appointments here. SHS also provides a list of what to do when you’re sick. Be sure to follow them on Instagram as they post updated information and activities taking place!
