Subject: Happy Monday, OutLaw!

Hi, everyone!

The second week of classes is successfully over! Congrats to everyone for making it through the week and being your incredible selves. Please make sure you are taking time to care for your mental and emotional wellbeing on top of all these readings. As we dive deeper into the semester, I know many of us are feeling the pressure of classes, assignments, and maybe even a bit of burnout. Remember, it’s okay to take a step back when you need to. Whether it's a quick coffee break, a chat with a friend, or just finding a quiet moment to breathe–self-care is so, so important.

Calling all 1Ls! Are your interested in being matched with a 2L or 3L for one-on-one mentorship? Fill out this form by 09/27 for a lot of useful advice and fun out in the city!

2Ls and 3Ls! Are you interested in mentoring a 1L? Please fill out this form by 09/27 to be matched!

OutLaw OUTline Bank Request! OutLaw is in the process of updating our OUTline bank for all of the new 1Ls!! Please fill out this form to add your outlines from previous doctrinal courses. Outlines from 2L and 3L courses are also encouraged!

Remember, there is always a place for you here at OutLaw, so feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns (or even any good vegan baking recipes!). Here at OutLaw, we’re more than just a student organization; we’re a community. That is why this week, we want to give a special shoutout to Boston’s first lesbian bar in quite some time, the recently opened Dani’s Queer Bar!! Creating a safe space for queer folks to gather and connect is so critical to our mission, so be sure to show your support. Also, keep an eye out for an OutLaw Bar Review coming soon! Over the next couple of weeks, we have some exciting events and updates lined up that we hope will provide a space for you to connect, unwind, and feel seen.

Now, let’s jump into what's coming up this week!
