About Us
The MFRA serves as a source of knowledge, support, representation, and camaraderie to any and all Boston University School of Law (“BUSL”) students.The MFRA is committed to the following: supporting veterans and first responders as they acclimate to student life; serving as a conduit between student members and the broader veteran and first responder professional communities and those family members affiliated with these communities or aspiring carriers in the military upon graduation; engaging in service, outreach, and philanthropic projects that uplift and connect with fellow veterans, first responders, and those who have affiliated with these communities or aspire to affiliate with these communities; collaborating with related organizations across the Greater Boston Area and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; bridging the civil-service divide through educational, experiential, and community-based initiatives; and fostering a supportive social network for veterans, first responders, military-affiliated students, and those interested in public or military service.
