We are excited to announce that on January 16, 2026, from 1:15pm to 4:30pm, all 3L students will be eligible to take a practice multiple-choice Diagnostic exam on all topics covered in the MBE portion of the Uniform Bar Exam. This is an invaluable opportunity for early exposure, practice, and personalized feedback to set you up for success on the bar exam – no studying required! Registration is required, so sign up here to ensure your spot! And we will be serving a pizza lunch beforehand – details to follow.

This purely practice exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions on topics covered in the MBE portion of the Uniform Bar Exam: Civil Procedure, Contracts, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law and Procedure, Evidence, Real Property and Torts. You will receive immediate feedback in the form of your overall score as compared to the class and national average. You also will receive reporting by subject and topic, allowing you to understand your strengths and weaknesses before starting your bar preparation. In addition, upon completion of the Diagnostic exam, you will have access to video review of each question on the exam, to allow you to learn from your performance on the exam.

The bottom line: This is a great opportunity to establish a baseline for yourself before starting your bar preparation, so we strongly encourage you to participate. If you have any questions, reach out to either of your Academic Enrichment professors, Lisa Freudenheim or Tigran Eldred. Accommodations are available to take the exam off-site for those who cannot attend in person.

We look forward to seeing you on January 16th!
