Live Massachusetts Appeals Court Session @ BU Law

The Massachusetts Appeals Court will visit the Law School on Tuesday, March 5, and conduct a live appellate session at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Q&A (from approximately 12:00 – 12:30 p.m., but the exact time may vary depending on how long the session runs). Justice Mark Green, Associate Justice Vickie Henry (BU Law '93), and Associate Justice Joseph Ditkoff will preside.

All are welcome to attend, and attendees are welcome to come and go from the session as needed. This is a unique opportunity to see an actual appellate session at the Law School! Case summaries are now available (attached); physical copies will be available at the session!

Seating is first come, first served; court dress is not required but people should remove hats. No food or drink except water in clear bottles. Silence all devices.
